Envisioneering Logistics Services Capability Overview

Logistics Services

This business sector focuses on two areas: Ordnance Logistics and Life Cycle Management.

Ordnance Logistics

Envisioneering is the premier provider of Ordnance Logistics Services to the United States Navy. We currently provide these services to the West Coast and Pacific regions, including a joint venture operation on the island of Guam. Our comprehensive ordnance logistics support includes inventory management, distribution control and administration of ordnance material, identifying and processing ordnance items for disposal, reconciling discrepancies, ammunition requisition processing, stockpile management, and ordnance database management. We also provide ordnance related training in the areas of explosive safety, ordnance qualifications, and shipboard ordnance handling.

Life Cycle Management

Envisioneering’s expertise in this area pertains to United States Army weapons system support, primarily in the special operations aviation community and is closely linked to our Engineering business sector. Within the area of Logistics Services, Life Cycle Management is primarily concerned with configuration management and provisioning for avionics, aircraft survivability equipment, and airborne weapons systems.

Engineering Services For Special Operations Forces

This business sector is closely related to the Life Cycle Management area of our Logistics Services sector and focuses on the areas of Systems Engineering and Integration, Test and Evaluation, and Maintenance Management and Analysis.

Systems Engineering and Integration

Envisioneering is oriented toward advanced rotorcraft systems engineering, primarily in avionics and aircraft survivability equipment, but also encompassing ancillary systems, such as C4I equipment and Voice and Digital Recorders. We currently support the Systems Integration Maintenance Office (SIMO) of the United States Army’s elite 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) in Fort Campbell, KY and are well-versed in the Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS).

Test and Evaluation (T&E) Support

Associated with our support of the Systems Integration Mainteance Office, we design operational tests of prototype systems and equipment, perform and/or monitor testing, and collect and analyze test results. Our T&E engineers work closely with Army personnel to ensure the needs of the warfighter will be met prior to full-scale production and deployment.

Maintenance Management and Analysis

Once deployed, organizational maintenance personnel periodically require assistance in analyzing maintenance trends and diagnosing potential problem areas where additional system refinement may be required. Additionally, program management personnel also rely on assistance from hands-on subject matter experts (SME) at the unit level. Our maintenance SMEs provide assistance in troubleshooting and work closely with special operatons system engineers in analyzing data, proposing solutions and resolving issues.
